Sheria SACCO in pursuit of its transformative agenda is seeking to recruit dynamic, ambitious, and result—oriented individuals tojoin the executive team, in the following positions:

Head of Finance and Strategy
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will plan, develop, and implement all the 0rganization’s financial management activities. S/he will support the Chief Executive Officer in ensuring the SACCO strategy plan is well executed enabling the organization meets its objectives.

Head of BOSA
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will coordinate the operations and activities of BOSA and ensure that revenue targets from back office operations are achieved in line with the Society's strategic plan.

Chief Executive Officer
Reporting directly to the Board, the incumbent will develop and deliver business and people strategies, which support the Sacco's overall strategic aims and objectives. S/he will lead management in creation of a stable and supportive environment within which, S/he will manage and growthe society businessensuring strategyexecution.
