JOB DETAILS:

Brief Job Description:
• Maintaining and updating manual and digital files.
• Application and daily reports of IMF, IDF, RQ and permits.
• Shipment schedules, updates and follow-up with suppliers.
• Apply for insurance requirements
• Work with clearing agents, clearing of goods and loading of containers, receive and opening containers.
• Keeping up with the freight rates, regulations and changes.
• Prearrival updates to relevant department.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Must Have: Minimum Requirements
To be considered, these minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Supply chain management.
• Proven Supply chain, procurement and logistics professional experience of at least 2 years preferably in manufacturing.

Additional Skills
• Excellent computer skills, word, excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and across multiple departments
• Knowledge of procurement regulations, contracts, and legal considerations
• Member of KISIM
