JOB DETAILS:
Land Valuer II - CPSB 10 (3 Posts)
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to Principal Land Valuer, the duties and responsibilities will entail: -
• Developing automated and updated valuation database throughout the county
• Conducting research on market trends to inform land valuation policy formulation and review
• Keeping an asset register of values of all properties owned by government
• Monitoring and evaluation of valuation activities
• Preparation of valuation rolls and reports
• Attending court and tribunals on matters relating to land valuation
Requirements for Appointment
• Be in possession of Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution
• Be registered with relevant professional body
• Certificate in computer application skills.
