JOB DETAILS:
Content Aggregation Ltd an aggregator and distributor of Content, connects content producers to local audiences through our video-on-demand brand Viusasa®
In order to continue improving our users experience, we are looking for two Senior mobile app developers with Flutter expertise and ideally both, iOS and Android development experience. Reporting to the Digital Products Manager, this individual will be working alongside our experienced backend team to create innovative products/features and new, exciting experiences for our Viusasa® app users. This individual should have deep experience building and managing high-scale production applications.
The ideal candidate must also have good communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. He/she must also demonstrate the ability to self-manage and work independently with minimun supervision. .

Responsibilities:
• Develop innovative features, SDKs, libraries, and widgets to provide our app users with an exciting and easy experience
• Work as part of a cross-functional team, which includes user experience researchers and designers, product managers, back-end engineers, and other functional specialists
• Advocating for and practicing agile engineering principles and practices such as API-first design, simple design, DevOps, continuous integration, version control, and automated testing
• Selecting and implementing the right tools, frameworks, languages, and technologies for the job, with a focus on open-source solutions
• Analyze systems to identify instability, unreliability, and other opportunities for improvement
• Design, document, and communicate solutions for improvement

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Have two or more iOS/Android apps developed with Flutter. Either deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on Github
• 5+ years in mobile software development
• Experience building SDKs, libraries, widgets and API integrations
• Experience with Firebase, Location Services, Video/Audio streaming, and other common iOS/ Android libraries
• Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
• Experience with automated testing and building
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other version control tools
• Ability to write readable code, create extensive documentation for existing code, and refactor the previously written code into readable state.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Work closely with the other developers (backend), product management and designers alike to create stunning apps
• Work on various Group projects with minimum supervision
• Be able to write well-designed and reusable code for multiple devices and screen resolutions.
