Hospitality Officer II
Job Group ‘CPSB 10’ (J)

Requirement for appointment
• Be a Kenyan Citizen;
• Served in a relevant and comparable position for a minimum of three (3) years;
• Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines:- Hotel and Hospitality Management,
• Hotel and Catering Management, Hospitality and Institutional Management or its relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Valid certificate of health from a recognized institution;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
• Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensuring the general welfare of clients;
• Facilitating workflow in the hospitality service areas;
• Taking appropriate action on customer’s feedback;
• Complying with standard operating procedures;
• Creating awareness on environmental, regulatory and statutory requirements;
• Managing hospitality services as distinguished by the caliber of clientele and patronage;
• Implementing hospitality policies and standards;
• Providing quality catering, accommodation and conferencing services; and
• Maintain expected service standards to guests and participants.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
