Answering/Receive phone calls, responding to customer questions and complaints in a quick and fast manner ensuring customer satisfaction; in addition educate customers on both the existing products and new products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform various duties on assigned accounts such as recording, verification and validation of customer’s details as received from Clients.
• Advise customer and inform customers on product knowledge and services offered.
• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
• Escalade matters arising to the relevant departmental heads and any other reports required.
• Record and update customers data and information collected.
• Keep, maintain and preserve customers details and information private and confidential.
