The Institute of Human Resource Management is a Regulatory body of HR Professionals in Kenya and draws its Mandate from the Human Resource Management Professional Act No 52 ol 2012. IHRM has two Affiliates namely, College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) and Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB).
The client is seeking highly experienced and self-driven individuals with excellent credentials and strategic minds to competitively fill the positions below:
Board Chairpersons-HRMPEB & CHRM (One Position each)
The Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board (HRMPEB) is the examination body established under section 16 of the Human Resource Management Professionals (HRMP) Act to provide for HR professional examination.
The College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) is the training arm of the Institute of Human Resource Management. Its main objective is to develop the human resources required for management of people at the workplace in both public and private sector.
Job Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the HRM Council, the Board Chairpersons of both HRMPER & CHRM will be responsible to ensure that the Boards operate high standards of corporate governance by personally demonstrating objectivity and accountability in the transaction of business.
