DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Monitor progress, contract variations, project costs and final accounts for ongoing building projects
• Assist in preparation of tender and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect/client
• Monitor and review work practices to ensure work is delivered within the agreed stipulated time
• Ensure compliance with Construction Regulations Act
• Value completed work and prepare payments for the contractors
• Supervises ongoing projects within the county
• Handles dispute resolution arising from the ongoing projects
• Ensures Electrical infrastructure in assigned projects are in good condition.

Qualifications
• Be a Kenyan Citizen
• Diploma in Quantity Survey or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Years relevant experience

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT;
Applicants are required to get clearance from the following institutions to meet requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya:
• Kenya Revenue Authority
• Higher Education Loans Board
• Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission
• Criminal Investigation Department
• Credit Reference Bureau
