JOB DETAILS:
We are a medium sized company specializing in growing and export of a variety of cut flowers to the European markets. We are looking for an experienced person for the role of a PACK HOUSE MANAGER.The person should havefiyears of hands on experience in running a pack house handling around 60.000 stems of cut looking for an experienced person for the role of a PACK HOUSE MANAGER.
The person should have 3 years of hands on experience in running a pack house handling around 60.000 stems of cut flowers per day. The manager should have experience developing. implementing and reinforcing flower quality assurance standards and flower traceability procedures. The person will be responsible for carrying out documented and scheduled pack house audits for compliance to standards. The manager must be a self-starter with ability to deliver excellent results in handling flowers which meet and exceed international export standards, and have the ability to work under pressure.
