Our Story

While working as an intern at an engineering firm, Steve, our founder, saw how the company was not utilizing social media to promote its products and services. The sales team would constantly report how they performed within the week with no proper way of tracking their reach or conversions. He proposed to the directors to do a social media campaign as a test on one of the products which resulted in 60% revenue growth within 3 months. It is at this point he started his mission of empowering small businesses on how to utilize social media to grow their businesses.

6 years later, Steve has helped more than 100 businesses across Kenya and has managed to grow Charleson Group into the leading digital marketing agency in Kenya that currently has 10 employees and consults for over 30 local and international companies across Africa. The firm offers various digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, content marketing, web & app development, SEO, among others.
