JOB DETAILS:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Talent Planning & Strategy – capture and backlog strategic talent needs of our hiring managers and customers. Partner with them to strategize, innovate and plan delivery for each need.
• Talent Acquisition – execute innovative and efficient strategies to quickly attract, find, screen and onboard top talent for GOODINFO and its customers. Own candidate relationships from first contact through the end of the hiring process.
• Talent Operations & Retention – backlog the day-to-day issues of our talent pool, hiring managers and customers as they arise. Directly participate-in resolution and/or delegate resolution to ensure these issues are prioritized and quickly addressed. Work with rest of team to ensure all our people have the right environment & tools they need to do ‘the best work of their lives’.
• Talent Development & Performance Management – participate in the design, development and oversight of training programs, KPIs/OKRs, performance monitoring systems, incentive programs, work-life balance strategies, mental & physical health strategies – and other Talent Care, Development & Performance Management strategize, programs & systems.
• Succession Planning & Transitioning – help create a talent operation that continuously identifies & caches top-talent for us and our customers; actively matches and mobilizes this talent to critical roles inside both entities; captures, preserves and transfers mission-critical knowledge & IP to new candidates; and collects & implements key feedback from ‘exiting resources’.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Demonstrated strong experience in sourcing talent in the Tech industry.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, articulate and clearly define job roles & requirements for Technology roles.
• 2-5 years’ experience recruiting for tech-positions, including but not limited to Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, Product Managers, Architects, Analysts and Managers.
• Demonstrated knowledge in allfull lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing; qualifying; networking; interviewing; due diligence; shortlisting; legal; job & wage analysis; onboarding; and professional relationship management for all classes of candidates.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers tolisten, advise, strategize and prioritize recruitment for their talent needs.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and connect with individuals from diverse social-economic and cultural backgrounds.
• Demonstrated track record in delivering on commitments, working autonomously without supervision and holding yourself accountable.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written, oral, presentation skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Attentive to detail.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
• More than 8 years’ experience infull lifecycle recruiting, preferably in Agency or high-volume hiring environments preferred.
• Excellent project management skills preferred.
• Expert understanding of African and International employment and contracting laws, policies and best-practice preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefit programs and compliance issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of empathy.
• Experience working with a global / remote workforces a plus.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field a plus.
• HR and ‘HR Tech’ Certifications a plus.
