JOB DETAILS:
Software Development Trainer

• Develop the training programs by doing research and developing new training areas regarding industry trends.
• Develop and implement a training strategy in line with the Company’s objectives.
• Develop a robust training and examination curriculum.
• Develop training methodologies that t will deliver learning impact.
• Conduct training evaluations and data collection on the effectiveness of training.
• Evaluate needs of our clients and plan training programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with Team leaders and department heads from DevOps, software engineering, and support staff to deliver a quality curriculum.
• Develop engaging relevant projects and assessments to support the students’ learning
• Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs
• Knowledgeable in Git, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Reactjs or AngularJs, NodeJS/, ExpressJs or .NET

Required Skills & Experience
• An educator, who can recall when they were a beginner in the field, and use that to best determine how to teach beginner level students
• Experience in the design and development of training programs
• Self-aware; you are in tune with your feelings and emotions and understand how they impact other people
• Track record in developing and executing successful training programs
• A knowledge base: you teach, guide and mentor the students. providing guidance, direction, and feedback on student’s work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical skills
• Effective team leader
• Good time-management skills 
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Software Dev/Engineering Degree or any other relevant degree
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position
