Job Purpose Statement
The role is responsible for all aspects of portfolio management as relates to the quality of the loan book for all customer segments of the Group/Bank i.e. Corporate Banking, SME / Business Banking and Personal Banking. This role provides direct portfolio oversight to all countries where the Group operates.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic and Professional Qualification:
• University degree- Upper second division or equivalent.
• MBA (Finance option), CPA (K), ACCA, Financial Risk Management (FRM) &/or recognized Credit Risk Practitioners certifications an added advantage.

Desired work experience:
• 5 years banking experience with at least 3 years covering portfolio analysis and/or credit risk management.
• Working financial analysis experience
• Proficiency in IT data management/data mining programs, financial analysis programs etc.
• High level proficiency in Spreadsheet tools and presentation of information


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
