JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
1. The Senior Relationship Officer is responsible for ensuring proper documentation, and processing of insurance application forms. The role holder must report insurance claims to the insurers within agreed service level agreements,Manage and track Renewal to ensure 80% and above retention and maintain high level of efficiency in preparation and submission of reports.
2. Reconciliation of policy premium of the various products
3. Assist with preparation of the budget
4. Implement financial policies and procedures
5. Reconcile the general ledger
6. Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
7. Ensure data is entered into the system
8. Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the system
9. Maintain financial files and records.
10. Track premium collection and remittance to underwriters.
11. Certificates management.
12. Doing Quotations.
