JOB DETAILS:

Keda (Kenya)Ceramics company Itd is the largest Ceramic Tile Manufacturing Company in Kenya.The company deals with production of Ceramic Tiles and it is located along Namanga road,6 km to Kajiado town. The company is seeking to recruit a competent and qualified Relationship Officer aged between 23-35 with at least 1 year experience and a great understanding of the Kenya labor law with the following descriptions and specifications:

Duties and responsibilities
• Employee relations: Handle all employee relation issues in the company.
• Spearhead all disciplinary meeting, draft and issue show cause, warning letters, separation, and suspension, termination and dismissal letters.
• Contract Management: In charge of contract management i.e. drafting. issue and renew staff employment contracts.
• Personnel management-In charge of personnel file management i.e. filling and ensuring proper record keeping
• Any other duties assigned by the HR Manager and the HRBP

Education and other qualifications
• Degree and major in Human Resource
• 1 year experience as a H.R officer in another company with a good understanding of the Kenya labor laws.
• Good in written English and fluent oral English.
• Good computer skills.MS Excel, MS Word and others.
• Good communication skill

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
