CARE's East, Central and Southern Africa Regional Office (ECSARO) is responsible for the oversight of CARE's operations in the region as well as the provision of support and guidance to 15 Country Offices in the region.
We are currently looking for an energetic, talented, well connected and innovative individual to work with us in the role of Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for our East, Central, and Southern Africa Region. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting and managing assigned requisitions. We are keenly searching for a specialty recruiting and staffing expert who would have the ability to build strong business partner relationships, as well as a good pulse on regional and virtual networks to attract top regional talent in the market. The Partner will also strive to ensure that our hiring process is world class for candidate experience and creation of a diverse, representative workforce..

Job Responsibilities
• Key responsibilities for this role include the creation and maintenance of a strong pool of candidates for possible roles as per ongoing organizational needs. In this role you will develop innovative sourcing initiatives, including headhunting though virtual and regional networks, and will maintain a solid pipeline of qualified candidates. In line with CARE's goals of empowering women across the region, we expect that this pipeline would include strong female candidates from the region who could effectively take up senior leadership roles. You will also partner with various hiring managers to select, make recommendations, and hire selected candidates. As the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, you will also work closely with the Regional HR Generalist to identify and understand the needs of the business and ensure align processes and expectations. In this role you will also serve as a back-up for and collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team..
