JOB DETAILS:
Quantity Surveyor
(Kshs40,000)
Our client, in the construction industry is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow to join their team as a quantity surveyor.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
2. Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
3. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
4. Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
5. Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
6. Traveling from the office to various sites as required

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in quantity survey or its equivalent.
2. At least 2years experience.
3. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
6. Sound knowledge of construction.
7. Great networking abilities.
