Quality Control Assistant

Job Description
• Plans, organizes and manages the Quality and Continuous Improvement activities of the Citadel Project
• Create quality measurements to track improvement
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities
• Ensure output files meet customer expectations and demand
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Documenting processes and maintaining data record
• Work closely with the entire Citadel team to improve existing procedures and process
• Outlining training guidelines and best practices
• Provide training and support to new and existing team members

Qualifications
• CPA Intermediate Level Qualification a MUST
• Bachelor's degree in a Business Related Course
• At least 3 - 5 years of work experience on Financial data
• Proven Quality control skills
