The County Government of Machakos invites sealed tenders for Provision of Air Travel Agency Services

1. Tendering will be conducted under open competitive method (National/International) [Select one] using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

MUST be deposited in the Tender Box at the County Government of Machakos Headquarters along Ngei Road,placed at the reception section on or before 10th January 2023 at 11.00 am.

Applications will be opened immediately at Machakos County chambers in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives whochoose to attend. Bulky tenders shall be hand delivered to the Supply Chain Management Office Number 37and signed against.

Late bids will not be accepted

Note That; Submission of firms for registration shall be continuous and the registration list shall be updated periodically as prescribed in the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015
