JOB DETAILS:

Kasha is searching for a growth-oriented Offline Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing, this individual will be responsible for increasing brand awareness through traditional advertising and event management.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of planning and management of events of different sizes and purposes while addressing potential problems that may arise.
• Meet with the vendors at the event locations to help with set-up, run errands for supplies and decorations, and work with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event.
• Manage the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and brochures.
• Manage the production of Kasha’s merchandise including, t-shirts, notebooks, water bottles, etc.
• Creating event proposals that fit Kasha’s requirements, and presenting proposals before the deadlines.
• Establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with vendors and venues.
• Managing the allocated budget for events and offline marketing activities and keeping the costs under budget while planning events.
• Manage customer service for events, from initial negotiation, sending contracts, managing the events to completion of event and post-event follow up.
• Track the success of the events and report on this to your line manager daily, weekly and monthly.
• Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by your line manager or the senior leadership team

Requirements:
• Experience in managing offline marketing channels and experience in event planning (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills; outstanding communication skills and strong reporting and analytical skills.
