JOB DETAILS:
Mill Operator (Mariakani)

Key responsibilities
• Operate 4 High Mill
• Ensure correct parameters are applied during final pass of rolling/skin pass/rewinding to ensure quality CRC & CRCA is produced
• Efficient operation of 4 High Mill accessories
• Identify and report irregularities to the Shift Engineer
• Input coil details and operating parameters
• Execute house keeping inline with Kaizen principles
Requirements
Qualifications required:
• Minimum Craft certificate
• KCSE Certificate
• Minimum 3 years experience as Rolling Mill operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate
Key competencies and skills:
1. Mill operation
2. Cold Rolled Coil quality
Education Requirement: No Requirements
Work Hours: 8
