The Media Management & Advertising Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing media and marketing strategies, creating and executing marketing and advertising campaigns across various platforms, as well as developing and managing budgets for advertising campaigns. They will also be responsible for media monitoring and analysing performance, all while staying updated on industry trends and best practices
Key deliverables:
Media Strategy Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned to business goals and objectives
- Develop annual media plans and make subsequent plan revisions for multiple brands, communication programs and new initiatives
- Set measurable objectives and KPIs for media campaigns
- Identify and pursue unique media buying opportunities and added-value programs via media partnerships
Campaign Management
- Media campaign planning, buying, execution and management of authorized plans across platforms
- Develop and manage budgets, and timelines for all advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with different functions within communication and advertising team to ensure campaign alignment and messaging consistency
- Provide significant input into all media mix discussions and analyze results of media efforts and develop measures of success
Monitoring and Optimization
- Daily media monitoring and evaluation of campaigns using relevant tools to track performance
- Analyze and identify areas of improvement to optimize campaigns for improved impact
- Prepare regular reports on media performance and provide recommendations for future strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Brand Management
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all media channels
- Build relationship with media partners, contractual agreements and other relevant partnerships
Industry Knowledge
- Advise communications and advertising management on emerging media trends to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends, technologies and best practices.
