JOB DETAILS:
The main duties and responsibilities of this position entails: -
• Establishing, maintaining and improving of the overall company maintenance plans and scheduling of effective business flow processes that relates with maintenance works.
• Prepare reports, analyze them and make recommendations for purposes of improving plant machinery operations.
• Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for each equipment reliability and performance.
• Schedule maintenance work in line with production plans and develop cost and time estimate for each planned maintenance work.
• Review applicable maintenance procedures that promote defect-free and quality maintenance work.
• Responsible for accuracy database for equipment maintenance history and jobs records.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Leader to schedule manpower and resource for planned maintenance work.
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking of maintenance expenditures.Assist in creating SOPs inline with maintenance and train the team on CMMS applications.
• Ensure that the required engineering change control documents have been updated and that the change requests closed.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: -
• Degree in any Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience as Maintenance Planner in a busy Manufacturing Company.
• Relevant knowledge and qualifications on Integrated computer Aided Designs (ICAD).
• Problem solver.
• Collaboration & Consultation.
