Requirement
• M.Sc. or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5 - 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills with diverse experience in coaching and developing talent and teams.
• Experience handling the full HR lifecycle processes including but not limited to talent and performance reviews, rewards management, employee engagement, and relations.
• Fluency in English.
• Open to travel in East Africa when needed.
