JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to guests upon arrival while on duty
• Keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly during the night
• Reconcile all day sales from POS using Xero
• Process invoices and guest pay checks
• All POS reconciliations
• Check all Food & Beverage sales
• Generates respective reports
• Place reservations
• Respond to queries when on duty
• Manage email and telephone communication as they come in while on duty

Qualities
• Have experience in using accounting software
• Understand hotel operations
• Good problem-solving and exceptional customer service skills
• Fast learner with ability to multitask
• Pay strong attention to details, highly organized and results driven
• Confident with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English

Qualifications
• 3 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is required
• Night audit experience is mandatory
• Degree: business, finance, hospitality or tourism
• Other related certifications
• Ability to work during night shifts

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
