Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing activities of our company. This includes market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations. You will develop marketing strategies, manage marketing campaigns, conduct market research, analyze market trends, coordinate sales activities, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications
• Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
• Sales and Public Relations skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
