2. Process Design Engineering
3. Mechanical Design Engineering
4. Electrical Engineering
The role holder will be based in any of the below areas
1. Kianie (Athi River)
2. Kilifi
3. Kisumu

What is the Sanergy Graduate Trainee Program?
The Sanergy Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year program designed to create a learning opportunity for technically qualified graduates with a winning mindset who have the desire to take on a new challenge in a pioneering context. This exciting opportunity is also open to those needing attachments in the relevant fields and who have not yet graduated. We believe that we are on the cusp of trans formative change and we seek people who believe their knowledge and skills will bring about that change.
The program gives you the opportunity to work in East Africa’s largest Recycling Facility & become part of a bold network of changemakers in providing solutions in their communities. The program is designed to create a learning opportunity by innovating and collaborating with experts in the field and for you to gain valuable experience relevant to your field.

1. A STEM degree (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) from a recognized institution.
2. 0-2 years of experience in related fields.
3. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
