JOB DETAILS:
Government Services Sales Rep (F-M)
Accountabilities Performance Indicators
• Implement the Government Services “Go to Market” sale and marketing strategy on his area in cooperation with the management.
• Identify business opportunities, potential project and niches
• Prepare commercial meetings and proposals in coordination with CCE
• Understand market needs and enlarge service portfolio
• Package professional and customized winning proposals, leveraging the group international resources
• Elaborate Business Plan and define pricing policy
• Mobilize the project team and properly transfer the contract to operation
• Set up the reporting tools
• Provide reliable information on competition situation
• Prepare presentations and material to best illustrate the group competences, resources, experiences
• Ensure knowledge management (develop toolbox, proposal template, presentation template, references, resumes databases, pricing tools)
Geographical area : Africa
• Contribution to margin development and revenue growth
• Sign new contracts
• New program implementation (Timing, Accuracy, etc) - operations & techniques
• Work in line with the BV Absolutes and Code of Ethics
• Compliance with people policies and common processes
• Sales Pipeline Growth in Sustainability
• Promotion of new services to the market and cross selling.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Key competencies
• A graduate with at least 5 years strong experience in business development & sales
• Good knowledge of international organizations, donors, investment banks
• Very good listening skills
• Excellent negotiation skills at a high level
• Fluent written and spoken English & French
• Able to deliver work using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and to lead and influence cross cultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, environment with simultaneous ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects at various levels.
• Pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach, flexible
• Solution driven, capable of Strategic thinking, and senior level Influencing Available and willing to travel
• Relationship Building
• Initiative and Team leadership
