About the Role
We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to support One Acre Fund's growing designed asset needs. You will report to one of our two senior designers, as part of our 4-person Nairobi graphic design team on the 16-person Global Communications team. You will design materials for farmers, staff and donors. You will make essential trainings and information accessible to farmers and directly support their farming success.

Responsibilities
• Design print materials for farmers in six countries, including marketing materials, product guides and trainings.
• You will work collaboratively within a team of designers to support our design asset needs.
• You will coordinate with different team members outside of the design team (e.g. project leads from all the countries we offer design support to, external illustrators, and other One Acre Fund staff).
• You will manage multiple concurrent design projects and requests from 9 different African countries.
• You will design for print media using InDesign, with the possibility of digital design work in the future.

Qualifications
• Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
• At least 5 years of professional print design experience and a passion for our mission
• Experience working in a multicultural and diverse organization
• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, an understanding of print design principles, and a clean design aesthetic
• Stakeholder management and communications experience to manage the design project cycle from start to finish
• Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience managing different print design projects and aligning directly with project owners
• Experience following detailed organization brand standards to produce on-brand designs
