Sales Activation Agents

We are looking for passionate, dependable and dynamic promotions and activations person with a proven track record of success to work our B2B outlets in the country.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell company products to new potential and existing clients
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to convert identified targets
  • Aggressively and passionately work on their monthly targets.
  • Prepare weekly status reports, including activity, closings, follow ups, and adhere to goals.  
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

  • Be fluent in English and Kiswahili as well as a good listener.
  • Proven sales record and great interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge/Experience in promotions and activations is an added advantage.
  • Self-driven, highly self-motivated, Neat and presentable
  • Good knowledge of using social media sites and android apps
  •  KCSE or higher qualification in a relevant field from a recognized institution
  • Added Advantage: Relevant professional/industry experience in sales and marketing.
  • Must Indicate current area of residence and region (must be specific to 5km radius)

Customer Service Sales Intern

We are looking for a self-driven Sales Intern to join our customer service team.  As a Sales Intern, your main duties will be to sell the different products we have to potential or existing customers.

Some of our goals may include closing on potential sales within the set sales targets.

Your role will be extremely important for client success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty. 

Sales Intern duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Acquire leads, push for leads and sales of our product
  • Move leads up our customer journey
  • Follow up on acquired leads and sales
  • Perform Outbound campaigns and achieve the set targets

Sales Intern requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field from a recognized institution
  • Relevant professional/industry experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of IT systems and social media platforms.
  • Prior Customer service /call center/customer care knowledge or experience will be an added advantage.
  • Work location – Along Thika Road Nairobi
  • Self-driven and highly self-motivated individuals required
