Safariwatch Digital is a fast-rising Kenyan Digital marketing agency centered on Leads Generation, and multichannel marketing, for our Customers.
• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruiting when necessary.

• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the other partner to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
• Plan and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving products, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
• Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
• Responsible for all aspects of vehicle, audiovisual, and work-related equipment rentals.
• Manage relationships with key operations vendors.
• Track vendor pricing, rebates, and service levels
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
• Serve as the primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to work quality, customer service, deadlines, etc. In particular, this includes any issues with customer queries and feedback.
• Communicate customer issues with your team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Work closely with your co-partner and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Work closely with the team to perform analysis of all tasks and ensure we are utilizing our skills effectively, purchasing the right ads, maintaining solid tracking of data and workflows, and reducing overall operational expenses.

Digital Marketing Director requirements
• 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing specialist.
• 2 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• 2 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
• Basic knowledge of web design procedures
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
