JOB DETAILS:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data analysis plans using statistical techniques.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for HIV/TB program improvement.
• Identify insights from data and prepare reports for HIV/TB program improvement.
• Assess the quality of data and cleaning data.
• Create visualizations of data using statistical techniques to show insights.
• Support evaluations and studies using the national data warehouse as a data source.
• Prepare ad hoc data sets and analytic outputs for program planning and improvement.
• Work closely with other Data Analysts & Data Use team to develop and disseminate information products.
• Advise the DWH team and Data Use team on the required HIS enhancements to meet stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications:
• University education in biostatistics or statistics.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same or similar position in HIV/TB program.
• Proficient and working knowledge of R Programming Language for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Creative and Analytical Thinking, excellent problem-solving skills including the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
