Customer Support Analyst

NetGuardians is an award-winning Swiss FinTech helping financial institutions in over 30 countries to fight fraud. More than 60 banks, including UOB and Pictet & Cie, rely on NetGuardians’ smarter artificial-intelligence (AI) solution to prevent fraudulent payments in real time.

Summary
As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible to carry Global Customer Support (level 1 and 2) on our innovative anti-fraud solution, ensuring efficient, qualitative and timely follow-up on the service request.
In this position, you will strongly collaborate with the Delivery team as well as with our Partners, supporting them during implementation projects. You will also maintain a close relationship with R&D when escalation (level 3) support is needed.
Additionally, you will provide support to other regions and departments for internal activities such as updating and maintaining connectors to interface external systems, developing and packaging dashboards & controls for re-usability, working on the online product demo systems as well as QA environment testing and maintenance.

Your profile
You are highly customer service oriented, with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving and self-learning mindset. You are a solid team-player, at ease in a multicultural environment and able to work under pressure.
• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 2+ years of experience in IT, within a service desk operations
• Experience within a service desk operations (Jira or equivalent)
• Excellent knowledge of Linux, including shell/python scripting (RedHat certification is a plus)
• Good Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies
• Understanding of banking & financial IT infrastructure solutions is a plus
• Fluent in English, any other language an asset
