JOB DETAILS:
One MUST be able to demonstrate the following;
• Integrity and high ethical standards.
• Authenticate loan applications presented and ensure they meet ALL KYC requirements.
• Ability to explain in detail how each product works and its benefits.
• Able to show off product capability through a demo; portfolio management, customer support; CRM, ERP support and marketing.
• Provide quality services in line with existing policies and service level agreement.
• An enthusiastic individual with outstanding problem-solving skills to assist customers in their purchase and after sales journey and be able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. i.e. ability to analyze data and proactively identify and address issues with customer accounts.
• An initiative taker who enjoys working independently once instructions are given by the supervisor.
• Have the ability to develop multichannel marketing plans and measure the success of the marketing plans.
• Ability to build good quality client base and provide solutions where needed.
• MUST have experience in Logbook Loans and financing process.
• Ensure continuous improvement in customer service and implement effective retention of customers within the SME banking framework.
• Be Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Knowledge & Skills;

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales & marketing position gained from a Credit, Banking or Financial Institution.
• Able to demonstrable ability in provide guidance in all areas of credit operations including processes, systems & models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other related field; Diploma in Credit Management will be an added advantage.
• A Team player who is able to work with different personalities.
• Able to prioritize work schedules and manage time.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good listening and communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Honesty and integrity
