About the job
The Employee Shall Have The Following Duties And Responsibilities
• Cleaning and sanitizing of all the offices, cleaning floors, windows, mopping, sweeping.
• Dusting of all office furniture’s, including outdoor meeting areas.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms daily and replenishing stocks, i.e., Soap, tissues, paper towels.
• Emptying of dust bins daily and ensuring they are clean and sanitized.
• Maintaining records of used and needed items in the office including stationery, furniture’s.
• Maintain an Inventory of kitchen items and assets i.e., cookery items
• Preparing tea for staff members.
• Keeping the kitchen, pantry & Fridge rooms clean
• Refilling all water dispensers and cleaning them on weekly basis.
• Ensuring the office is open on time and closed as scheduled.
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects such as general cleaning,
• Notify manager of occurring needs for repairs & maintenance of both building and other assets
• Follow all health and safety regulations as provided by OSHA and/or the company’s Health & Safety guidelines.
• Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets as required
• Maintaining and refilling of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
• Keeping all spaces neat and tidy
• Performing the general record keeping, filing of documents in relation to administration dept
• Preparing and sending internal and external parcels and recording the same in the delivery book where necessary
• Usher in guest where necessary or as instructed
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required from time to
