For appointment for this position:
• Be a holder of at least a master degree in law from a recognized university
• Be a holderof a Bachelor of Law (LLB Degree) from a recognized university
• Must be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya
• Have at least 10 years post admission experience 4 of which must have been at the level of deputy chief legal officer or its equivalent position
