JOB DETAILS:
Call For Applicants For The Position Of Business Development Officer [BDO].

Ushuru Investment Co-operative Society Ltd (UIC) is a supplementary investment body for members of Ushuru Sacco and other persons who qualify to join. The main objective is to give members an opportunity to own land and residential houses at affordable prices and to pool their resources together for profitable investment ventures. We hereby invite applications from suitably qualified persons for the above position.

Qualifications:
I. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Business Administration/ Commerce/ Marketing or related field.
ii. Have a minimum of 2 years' Experience in related field.
iii. A member of a professional body as an added advantage
iv. Knowledge and experience in real estate sales is an added advantage

Required competencies:
i. Problem solving, analytical, leadership, decision-making, integrity, organization and planning skills.
ii. A good team player, maintains high work standards, reliable, easily adapts to new environments, pays attention to detail and self-motivated.
Iii. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
iv. Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
v. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Duties and responsibilities are as stipulated In Ushuru Sacco Website under UIC Ltd.
Terms of Service:
The BOO will serve on contract for a period of three years' renewable yearly subject to satisfactory performance. The Salary and other benefits are as determined by the UIC Board.
