JOB DETAILS:
Our client in the tech-healthcare sector is looking for talented Sales Coordinators selling in the healthcare/pharmaceutical space across Uasin Gishu/ Trans Nzoia County Kenya. They are a small band of experts whose focus is delivering solutions for real-world health and social care problems. About the role:
The incumbent will be tasked to take their transformative software solution to private-sector health facilities within the region helping them save time, money, and lives. You will partner closely with the sales leadership team to identify and source a new pipeline, close revenue and achieve set targets.
Every day you will:
• drive various marketing activities including cold calling, presentations, attending conferences/seminars, product launch in order to achieve the set daily number of customers.
• You will be expected to work very closely with internal functions (operations, finance, IT etc) to ensure optimization of business opportunities and sustainable business relationships with customers.
• You will provide customer feedback on their products, review competitors' activities including their value proposition, and submit timely reports on your activities.
About you?
• You have 3-5 years prior experience as a Pharmaceutical/Medical Sales Representative or similar within the region.
• You are interested in understanding and sharing medical innovations.
• You possess great knowledge of sales techniques in B2B sales (selling skills and pipeline management)
• You have strong business acumen and are organized.
