Automotive Maintenance Engineering Associate

About the role
We are an increasingly sophisticated, highly intricate organization with many moving parts. Sanergy seeks accomplished, driven individuals who will make substantive contributions to the organization. We currently seek an Automotive Maintenance Engineering Associate to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Hands-on maintenance of machinery
2. Provide support in the resolution of breakdowns
3. Develop and update Standard Maintenance Procedures
4. Liaise with the supervisor in the implementation of the problem solving tools
5. Implement corrective and preventive actions within the allocated timelines
6. Conduct RCA on all breakdowns"
7. Share daily reports on maintenance activities for all assets
8. Ensure all maintenance issues are logged
9. Propose improvements to the manager
10. Calculate and track MTBF and MTTR for all equipment
11. Refine AM and PM schedules to improve equipment reliability"
12. Coordinate with the requesting teams in conducting Preventive Maintenance and resolving Breakdowns ● Coordinate with the requesting teams in conducting operator assessments and training
13. Proactively contributing to conflict resolution through open and honest discussions, reporting unresolved conflict to your Supervisor or Talent Partner
14. Maintain a cordial working relationship with teammates"
15. Work with existing vendors within the established relationship
16. Suggest new vendors to the manager or supervisor"
17. Develop a monthly and weekly schedule for operator and technician assessments and training. ● Refine AM and PM schedules to improve equipment reliability
18. Share ideas on how to standardize and improve maintenance data
19. Share ideas on how to improve maintenance processes
20. Implement improvement ideas and share feedback.
21. Escalate in advance when facing blocks. "
22. Keeping track of the maintenance expenses for all assets
23. Ask questions and listen to items escalated by the operators in order to understand issues with the assets Building healthy, prosperous communities
24. Provide feedback to operators on usage of assets
25. Ask for feedback from stakeholders (operators and managers) to improve the maintenance performance" Execute tasks within the existing processes and policies
26. Share a report of team failures and learning derived from them

Qualifications
• Diploma/Degree in Automotive Engineering (or related fields)
• Minimum 5 years working with tractors, forklifts and heavy commercial vehicles
• Experience maintaining the following; SAME tractors, Toyota forklifts, Hino trucks, Mitsubishi trucks, Isuzu trucks and Generators (Perkins)

Work Hours: 8


Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education:
Bachelor Degree
