JOB DETAILS:
Assistant Warehouse Manager

Duties And Responsibilities
• Assist the Warehouse Manager to oversee all Kenya warehouse operations
• Ensure processes and procedures are compliant with the company and legal guidelines
• Manage inventory control levels between warehouse and units, by consistently conducting physical counts
• Ensure that warehouse equipment is always in good condition through inspection and adherence to maintenance schedules
• Encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met
• Maintain a safe work environment through adherence to, and training of employees to observe laid down safety regulations
• Assist with Stocktake Co-ordination, cycle counts, and inventory control
• Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Skills And Experience
• A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
• 3 Years of Management Experience in a Manufacturing/FMCG Warehouse
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Experience with MS Office Applications especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Proven strong leadership credentials
