JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented assistant engineer to support our team with technical and administrative tasks.To ensure success as an Assistant Engineer, you should have proven experience in calibrating and repairing measurement technologies, efficient training, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-class Assistant Engineer provides valuable and reliable support to staff and customers.

Assistant Engineer Responsibilities:
• Confirming, configuring, and testing New GNSS Instrument before the sale
• Repair and general servicing of GNSS instruments (Total stations, level, theodolite, optical lasers, Drones, and Handheld GPS )
• Keeping 0ffice hire records
• Calibration of GNSS (Total stations, level, theodolite, optical lasers)
• Technical support to clients (hire and purchase)
• Keeping and updating calibration stock records
• Survey field operations
• Adjust surveying instruments such as prisms, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring equipment.
• Any other tasks as delegated by management

Assistant Engineer Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant field.
• At least one year proven experience
• Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
• Working knowledge of email systems, computer hardware, and peripherals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under strict supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
