2 Technical Recruiter -Intern

We are currently hiring for a technical recruiter intern, where you will use your technical knowledge to hire candidates to join our IT, cloud, security, network and data science teams. Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and post technical job descriptions
• Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
• Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate
• Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
• Prepare and send out the job offer letters

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Related fields
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
• Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
