JOB DETAILS:
11 Personal Assistant for Nominated Members

Duties and Responsibilities
• Administrative office duties;
• Arranging official Meetings
• Typing of Minutes
• Prioritize incoming mail and enquiries as shall be assigned to them by the ward office Manager from time to time.
• Handling routine correspondences
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the Hon Member

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a person must have the following:-
• National identity card or Passport
• Certificate in KCSE;
• Certificate of Good Conduct.

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
