Who we areYana Oil Limited is a lubricant manufacturing plant based in Nairobi, Kenya. T

he company owns a Lube Oil Blending Plant (LOBP) in Nairobi with a total output capacity of 20 million liters per year.

It’s a member of the Sameer Group of companies, which is a leading economic force in the country and beyond with over 30years of existence in various sectors of the economy.Engineered For Performance…..What we doYana Oil manufactures lubricants for both automotive and industrial purposes. They include; petrol engine oil, diesel engine oil, motorcycle oil, automotive & industrial gear oil, hydraulic oil and coolant. The company has the capacity of also doing specialty products such as hand sanitizer.The products are manufactured using high quality mineral and synthetic virgin base oils of different grades and high quality certified additives that meet international standards. This is to ensure that the company produces high performing lubricants at competitive market prices.Due to the high blending capacity, the company also offers toll-blending services for local lubricant blenders in the market to manufacture their own brand at affordable prices. The blending tanks ensure that blending is done with utmost precision

Testing of products is done continually to ensure that standards are maintained. With our modern testing equipment, tests carried out include wear metal analysis, viscosity tests, TBN determination, pour point testing, FTIR characterization, water contamination, dispersancy, flash point, among others.
