Scope of Work
• Strategically drives the development, market launch, ongoing support and improvement of core learning products
• Management of the ‘whole’ product portfolio
• Define the vision and roadmap for the product
• Deep understanding the customer and the market
• Establish competitive positioning to inform product pricing models
• Work across the business line to support new product market opportunities
• Establish strong feedback loops including review/updating plans and prioritization
• Use data to understand product performance and shape future of product
• Deliver new products including release management (internal/external comms support) – establish business case for new products / core improvements
• Manage ‘end-of-life’ – offboarding / end to obsolete learning products

Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of related agile content and learning design experience or instructional design and development experience
Experience working in learning development / content development role
Strong people management skills – managing diverse teams of specialists
Masters degree or equivalent experience
AMI will consider candidates from any country, but preference will be given to African nationals. Candidates must be willing to live in Africa, Nairobi preferred, and free to travel across Africa.
