INVITATION TO TENDER
PROCURING ENTITY: COUNTY GOVERNMENT OF UASIN GISHU,

TENDER DESCRIPTION:
1. The County Government of Uasin Gishu invites eligible and qualified tenderers for Two
(2) Years Framework Contract for Supply and Delivery of Assorted Spare Parts for Caterpillar
Machines (Technical Specifications are Annexed to the Tender Document).
2. Tendering will be conducted under national open tender using a standardized tender
document.
3. Tendering is open.
4. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for one or more lots.
5. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender
Documents during office hours 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
6. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website
Kenya Supplier’s Portal; supplier.treasury.go.ke  and Public Procurement
Information Portal; https://www.tenders.go.ke and www.uasingishu.go.ke
Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge.
7. Tender Security is Not Applicable for this Tender, Tenderers are required to Provide Tender
Securing Declaration Form.
8. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
9. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 18th November,
2022 at 10.30 am Local Time. The softcopies should be submitted through supplier portal.
10. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives
who choose to attend at the address below.
11. Late tenders will be rejected.
