JOB DETAILS:
Plant Security Supervisors
The Company wishes to internally recruit qualified and results oriented individuals to fill the following positions:
Job Title: PLANT SECURITY SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS) 1 - Nairobi, 1 - Kisumu)
Reports to: BRANCH MANAGER
Interfaces with: PLANT TEAM LEADER / SECURITY MANAGER

Education: Minimum of Grade D+ in K.C.S.E, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies, IT or any other relevant course will, be an added advantage

Experience: Must have served a Senior Security Officer for not less than 2 years' with a clean work record Training: Certificate in Computer applications / Computer Studies or Packages. MANDATORY BASIC REQUIREMENTS Desirable skills and attributes:
1. Must be computer literate with strong analytical skills.
2. Must demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills
3. Must be honest and of high integrity
4. Must be a team player
5. Must possess strong leadership qualities
6. Must be self-driven
7. Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
8. Must be confident and assertive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspect and brief all tally clerks before deploying them to their respective posts.
• Ensure that the tally clerks are neat and tidy, should be dressed in approved company uniform, wearing approved PPEs and must display visible staff IDs.
• Clearly understand and enforce the plant SOPs and SPls for each tally clerk post. Must clearly understand the plant's Health and Safety and Emergency procedures. Must take the lead upon his team members when dealing with any emergency situation at the plant.
• Conduct random checks at all tally clerks' posts to ensure that they're working in line with the approved SPI's by the client.
• Ensure that all tally clerks observe the plant's health and safety procedures and that they're familiar with the emergency procedures as well.
• Report all dispatches and check out quantities on a daily
• basis. Report all incidents occurring at the plant immediately to the team leader / SM and BM Services Control Room. On a daily basis, report all dispatches at the gate vs checkout
• quantities reconciliation.
• Provide briefs about the operations at the plant to the SM as
required.

The ideal candidate for the above position should also be a team player with
drive and initiative and demonstrate ability to achieve results.
