Key qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Travel and Tourism from a reputable university
• IATA Diploma in Travel and Tourism
• Excellent Knowledge of Galileo booking system
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a travel agency

Job Duties /responsibilities
• Able to organize travel from beginning to end through booking air tickets.
• Assist in 24/7 support
• Issue and Reissue air tickets using the Galileo reservation system
• Handling all inquiries related to domestic and international air ticketing
• Carrying out all follow-up procedures pertaining to customer level i.e reconfirming, re-issuing &refunding of air tickets.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise during the trips
• Up–to–date on airline rules & regulations and current affairs within the industry
• Maintain professional image as per organization image quality standards.
• Advising client on travel arrangements E.g Passport travel information per country
• Keeping clients up to date with any changes (flights delays, Cancellations) etc
• Secure new client sales and retention through customer service provided
