Job Description
Coaching and training both new recruits and experienced agents, with an aim to improving productivity, reducing operating expenses, retaining customers, generating incremental revenue, providing an outstanding customer experience, and reducing agent attrition. .
Responsibilities
• Outline and develop training material, processes and plan
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Training Reports
• Run strategic meetings outlining glide paths, targets and value addition in line with Client and Calltronix expectations
• Design, lead, and execute effective learning programs and talent development strategies across the company
• Pilot the development of management training programs for the organization’s people managers
• Create a culture of continuous development and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs
• Utilize available resources to organize, develop, and prioritize learning plans and curricula that align with organizational strategic priorities
• Provide regular reports to management on learning impact in the organization
• Responsible for managing the overall performance of new and ongoing development initiatives and training programs
• Manage skills training for individuals and groups to ensure all employees are keeping up to date with required skills
• Design and administer skills gap assessments with employees to create individualized training plans needed to strengthen their existing skills or learn new ones
• Maintain and improve employees’ job skills to prepare them for greater responsibilities requiring advanced skills
• Build a training portal and learning management systems (LMS)

Qualifications
• Education: Must have a training or quality certification relating to Contact Centre from a recognized certified institution
• Knowledge: Have extensive and progressive experience in training or related area, with a focus on learning and development.
• It is also vital that they are familiar with designing, developing and implementing learning and development materials, both digital and offline
• Organizational Skills: A great part of the learning and development manager job involves planning, organizing, and execution of learning programs. So, it is crucial that they are organized and detail-oriented individuals, able to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Communication Skills: The Training Manager must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as facilitation and presentation skills to deliver in-house trainings and drive results through learning
• Interpersonal Skills: This skill is crucial for learning and development managers. Their role is people-oriented so they must have the requisite skills to build cross-functional relationships, superb partnering and teaming skills, and ability to influence others
• Computer Skills: It is important that they are tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office applications, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication and learning.
