Objectives of the Pre-Orientation Program
The purpose of the pre-orientation training is to equip the Mastercard Foundation Scholars at USIU-Africa with the necessary skills successfully transition into life at university and to meet as a cohort, to prepare the Scholars to undergo competency tests in English, Mathematics and Information Systems and Technology and to prepare the scholars for their university academic journey at USIU-Africa. And also to successfully transition into life at university and to meet as a cohort.

Requirements:
Minimum Educational Qualifications and Professional Experience
• Bachelor Degree/Masters/PHD in any relevant field.
• Experience in delivering training on the specific skill area (Subject Matter Expert)

Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong organization Skills
• Great at bringing people together
• Ability to stimulate interaction without bias
• Ability to create and maintain a safe environment
• Ability to listen
• Time management skills
• Identify and measure the different results from training sessions
• Ability to design an effective and engaging training Program
• Versatility
